We opened the doors to Nacey Painting Inc. in 1983 in Salt Lake City, UT. Several years later we expanded and opened an office in Las Vegas, NV. With over 40 years of experience we’ve established ourselves as a leading commercial painting contractor in the industry. Since then, we have painted numerous apartment complexes, warehouses, HOA’s, and buildings of all sorts and sizes in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, and surrounding states. We pride ourselves in quality and service, while always using top-shelf products. Our commitment to preparation is unparalleled, as the job is only as good as the preparation.
Our Amazing Leadership Team
Dan is proud to carry forward Shaun Nacey’s legacy. Inspired by many of his family members across the construction industry, Dan made a move from the corporate world where he lead large projects and teams, and has worked closely with Shaun to get a firm grasp of the painting, and commercial real estate industry here in Utah, as he continues to provide the great service and results that Nacey Painting’s customers have grown to appreciate over the last 40+ years. Dan lives in Sandy Utah with his wife and 2 daughters.
Shaun Nacey, is the founder of Nacey Painting, which he started in 1983, based on the values he had growing up in the Northeast corner of Wyoming in the Black Hills on a 3,800 acre cattle ranch. He and his wife Marla have raised six children in the Sandy, UT area. He has stepped away from the day-to-day operations of the business but keeps in close contact with Dan and Jose, and continues to be proud of what he built and the continued service and product that Nacey Painting provides today.
Jose Morales has been with Nacey Painting Inc. for 25 years, and is our lead journeyman painter. He is a reliable and integral part of what makes our process successful. His attention to detail and eager attitude to get the job done and done right is unparalleled. Jose is a warm spirited family man, with his five daughters, one son, and lovely wife Margarita. His family is his pride and joy. He is a pleasure to have on the team. We are very grateful for his many years of dedication to our company and mission.
